There are endless Health Benefits from Exercising Regularly for both Children and Adults. Some benefits include improved Cardiorespiratory and Muscle fitness, enhances mood and self-worth, improves brain function, boosts energy levels and much more. And you can expect to see some results immediately that last as long as 72 hours after just a single session of exercise. The human body was meant to move and when is does so with regularity, it responds to the stress of physical movement with improved fitness and health. In 2008 the United States Government confirmed that Fitness is an important part of medicine, but don’t take their word for it, try it out yourself. The immediate Benefits from exercising are so striking that it prompted Dr. William L. Haskell of Stanford University to state: “Most of the health benefits of exercise are relatively Short Term, so people should think of Exercise as a Medication and take it on a daily basis.” It just makes sense to exercise if you want to stay healthy or be healthier. For hundreds of years man made exercise apart of their diet, even in 400 BC, the Greek philosopher Plato stated: “In order for man to succeed in life, God provided him with two means, education and physical activity. Not separately, one for the soul and the other for the body, but for the two together. With these two means, man can attain perfection.” Well, we all know what the King James Bible says in Mark 10:27 “And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is Impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible,” Let God help you Get healthy and let him help you Educate yourself with the Bible. Asking God with sincerity for help will increase you’re knowledge and wisdom as it says in chapter 2 of Proverbs from the King James Version Bible, and as it says by all of the research on how exercise allows the brain to function as its best according to Physical Fitness and Wellness Book. It does this by increasing blood and oxygen flow to the brain and leads to biological processes that instigate brain cells to bind to one another, and these connections are Critical for learning to take place. No drug or medication provides as many health benefits as a regular physical activity program. And living a healthy obedient lifestyle will keep you’re mind clear so you can focus and understand better. Because a better and healthier life is something that everyone wants for themselves, the biggest challenge is to take control of their health habits and start exercising, eating right and living a healthy and positive lifestyle.
Lisa Fields from Webmd.com stated Living a Sedentary Lifestyle is basically a “sitting disease,” or in other words, you sit too much! This has actually been termed “Sedentary Death Syndrome or SeDS because in the United States physical inactivity is the second greatest threat to public health. A sedentary lifestyle is when you sit for long hours without any physical activity. And walking to the bathroom or to the car wouldn’t really count as the appropriate physical activity that we need. According to Lifetime Physical Fitness and Wellness, as you regularly exercise a minimum of 30 minutes, five times a week, you will realize the impressive long term benefits. If you are one of the many people that live a sedentary lifestyle then start today with something as little as walking, you will eventually get faster and be able to do more. And pray to God for help, not only does the Bible say this but the text books we read in school say this too. I have read in Lifetime Physical Fitness and Wellness about how hundreds of studies have been conducted on the effects of prayer on health. About two-thirds of these studies have linked prayer to positive health outcomes as long as these prayers are offered with sincerity, humility, love, empathy, and compassion. Some studies have shown faster healing time and fewer complications in patients who didn’t even know they were being prayed for, compared with patients who were not prayed for. See how God works? Remember, only God knows your heart and how you really feel inside.
