It’s been proven time and time again how living a healthy lifestyle (diet and exercise) can have a MAJOR effect on our lives. Not many people believe this because it’s not “the norm,” or their doctors, friends and family tell them only drugs will work. It’s kind of like how many people say they tried trusting God for their problems, or they tried losing weight or they tried gain weight. The problem here is that you only “tried” rather than “doing” it. Of course giving up too fast or not following the protocol will give you negative results, you shouldn’t expect any different. You can’t eat sugary and processed foods and expect positive results. You also can’t expect to be cured or lose 100 pounds in 2 weeks. It takes time, sometimes several months or even years. Regardless, if you are not eating the right foods, not drinking enough water or not exercising enough you will not be successful. Do your own research and you will see the results. There are so many REAL doctors that believe and preach this method. There are also doctors who are ignorant of these facts because they were never taught about the benefits of nutrition, then you have doctors who speak against it for the money because pushing pills is a gold mine. If you plan on doing your own research, here are a few doctors to keep in mind when doing so. Dr. Gloria Gilbere, Dr. T. Colin Campbell, Dr. Thomas M. Campbell II, Dr. Dean Ornish, or Dr. David Perlmutter just to name a few.

The doctors I posted above all preach how eating a healthful diet, and getting enough exercise can significantly improve one’s health. Our health is very important, especially now a days because of all of the drugs, chemicals and poisons we are exposed to daily. Not only should we pay attention to what we put into our bodies, we also need to pay attention to what we put on our bodies. One of the doctors I mentioned above, Dr. Gloria Gilbere, I like to use her as an example because she’s been through what many people are going through today, she almost died from a condition that no doctor could figure out, so they gave her drugs to take that almost killed her, she actually wrote a book about it. Once she researched her own problem from the alternative medicine viewpoint she began her Non-Drug treatment which facilitated her wellness, naturally.  Like she always says “Be your own health detective.” In one of her radio shows she talks about a study that was done by Stanford University Biologists about synthetic fragrances. The study was done on mussels, they put the gills from the live mussels into water with low concentrations of 6 commercial musk fragrances, they were not poisoned. But after just 2 hours the researchers washed the gills of the mussels and put them in musk free water that also contained a red dye (toxin). The cells in the gill took up the dye which was NOT expected by scientists. These cells have a mechanism to detect foreign substances such as dye and keeps it out. The mussels build up this mechanism so nothing can penetrate it. It worked for the cells that were not exposed to musk in the first place, But the cells that were exposed lost their natural defenses. Sounds kind of like our immune system…eh?

Dr. T. Colin Campbell, Thomas M. Campbell II, Dr. Dean Ornish, and Dr. David Perlmutter also wrote books and done studies how living a healthy lifestyle can improve our health. They did numerous studies on how vegan and gluten free diets have a significant impact on our overall health. So instead of listening to bad advice, do your own research, ask God for help, feed your body with nutrient filled raw foods rather than feeding it with cancerous sugars and processed foods. And drink plenty of water and exercise. Work with your doctors, tell them you want to change your lifestyle, get tested regularly. If you stick to a healthy protocol you will see the high numbers go down, you will feel the difference and if you are on medical drugs, the need for those will most likely go away.  The studies that have been done prove it. Quit being a victim of “dumbing down America” with these drugs that are destroying our microbiome.               Our lives depend on it.
