Have you ever heard of someone being toxic to the ears? And I am not talking about Ototoxicity either. I find myself stressing this point because its so common these days. There is always someone in the crowd who activates the negative vibe that results in unhealthy thinking. Have you ever met up with friends, co-workers and/or family to have a nice time then someone ruins it with negative talk? Whether it’s talking down about themselves, or someone else it brings on an uneasy feeling, especially when you get interested in the conversation and get dug deeper and deeper in it which results in angry or sad feelings. So instead of leaving positive and glad you had that time you feel negative feelings like anxiety, sadness, anger or guilt. This is where eating healthy and God comes into play. For one, if we were on these healthy raw food diets we would remember that speaking or talking gossip will most likely cause ill manner not only in ourselves but others as well which could cause trouble with the soul. Praying to God for help and putting Him above all will give us the strength to avoid these situations or He would give us quick ideas of how to turn the conversation to positivity. We have to remember that negativity lowers the immune system which results in health problems. Would you really want to be the cause of making someone who already has immune system issues sicker? We should literally live on a prayer, pray before we leave the house, pray before we go to bed, always pray. Eat healthy so the immune system stays strong. If you have negative friends or family try to avoid them and if they ask why tell them the truth, obviously say it in a nice way that you like to stay positive and happy and they tend to bring you down, maybe it will be a reality check for them. There is nothing wrong with wanting to be happy. Health matters and it’s more important than ever now. According to the CDC more than 75% of Americans saw a doctor that prescribed drugs for something, and over 55% of Americans take prescription drugs regularly. Now I know sometimes we need to take medicine but what we don’t realize is that it destroys our guts which many call our second brain, and these drugs lower the immune system. We don’t think or even act right, although some of us think its normal but its not. If I had to take medication I would take a probiotic 2-3 times a day for 3 months, depending how long I was on the medicine of course. So basically, I would take it while on the medicine and 3-6 months after, sometimes longer. Then just once a day forever. Unless you eat 100% good (fresh raw/whole foods) then you won’t have to be on it as long. ALWAYS check your PH levels, you want to be alkaline atleast 7.6 for healing, when your body gets too acidic you get sicker. You can get PH strips at your local health food store, or online. Check your urine for more accurate result.
So, keep all that in mind and do your own research, be your own health detective. Our life depends on how we take care of our health. And remember, just because our parents let us eat this or that doesn’t mean we should feed our children this way. We should always be better and do better than our parents. Stay happy, and healthy. Don’t forget to pray every day.
