With all the chaos going on in today’s world one can only wonder what’s happening and why? The average Joe would blame politics, parents, teachers or say it’s all normal. The people who study Bible prophecy would say this is far from normal, I know it’s hard to believe but it’s all supposed to happen according to the Bible. I know people have been preaching “the end is near” for years but it’s because it is near, and it’s a lot closer than you think. You can believe the eye rollers, wolves in sheep’s clothing or the “naysayers” all you want but it’s real. Just open up the Bible to see what’s going on around you. Many people of today are only listening to their preachers, or false teachings they find on the Discovery channel, history channel and/or Netflix. Don’t get me wrong you can find some good documentaries on Netflix or YouTube but you have to be able to weed out the fact from fiction, and unfortunately since many people of today are on some kind of medication because of their unhealthy living habits, their brains aren’t functioning as they should be so it’s easy for them to fall for the false reports. This is where research comes in, which I am sure most don’t do. I used to be one of these people. Like the Bible, you have to REALLY read and study it to understand it, you can’t just read a chapter a day, I mean sure that’s a start but to match it up with what’s going on today or history, you have to study it. Hopefully it won’t be too late for you to find the truth. Trust me; the money, parties, fake friends, diamonds, fancy stuff, etc.. has nothing on what Heaven has to offer, Heaven is worth it, you are worth it.
I would like to start off with giving some examples on how the people of this world are getting worse. I think starting with our diets is the most important because if we ate how we were intended to, we wouldn’t be having so many health problems. For example, there a ton of proof/studies that kids with Autism have heavy metal poisoning, this is probably why all of the Florida doctors are getting murdered or disappearing from exposing the truth. I assisted a case study of a child with Autism whose heavy metal levels were through the roof. The heavy metals could’ve come from how the mother ate, environmental, the child’s diet, some kind of exposure, etc… Get rid of the heavy metal and watch your child go back to normal, how he/she should be. I used to be one that thought a McDonald’s chicken nugget meal was a well-balanced meal, I lived on processed foods, I took prescriptions pills for the so-called issues my doctors told me I had, they never told me to eat healthier or even asked about my diet. They just told me to take a pill, I saw a lot of doctors too. I never drank water, and ate a ton of candy. Cereal, T.V. dinners or meals in a can/box were my daily meals. No wonder I was always sick all the time. I know people today who still eat like this and some tell me since it’s organic it’s okay. Truth is, it is not okay. It’s still processed and usually loaded with sugar, and yes, it’s a “no brainer” that our bodies need sugar, but we should get the sugar from fresh fruits and vegetables, not from boxed foods, snacks or medicines. Not only does sugar lower the immune system for up to 8 hours, it also feeds cancer growth. Did you know that nutrients prevent cancer growth? This is why it’s important to eat fresh whole foods. We should have a vegetable with every meal. If you don’t like to eat veggies try to force yourself to eat them. Start little by little. I never liked to eat them either. When I found out they were going to make me feel better and healthy for me it made me want to eat them more. Eventually my taste buds change to like it. You can even add a juice, a homemade juice in a juicer. With vegetables and fruits. Always add apples and carrots to sweeten it up if you think it’s gross but try to keep in more veggies. ALSO Nutrients Create energy, this is why people always feel refreshed when they start eating better or when they stop eating meat. Eventually you will feel different, in a good way, if you do it right. And yes, I heard and read people saying vegans always look sick and this is why we need meat and blah blah blah… The vegans that look sick are usually not doing it correctly, however, if they feel great and their body is balanced correctly, maybe this is how they are supposed to look? Ever think of that?
I don’t believe we were intended to eat meat; I know there’s a lot of controversy about this but there’s proof. I like how Marta Zaraska explains it in her book called “MeatHooked,” She says “Vegetarian animals ranging from gorillas to water deer, she reports, have bigger, sharper canines than we do; our canines aren’t specially meant for processing meat. What we lack dentally is more important, in fact, than what we have. Gently open a (calm) dog’s jaw, and there at the back will be the carnassial teeth, “blade-like and sharp and perfect for slicing meat.” Lions and tigers, racoons and house cats — all carnivores — have them too. We don’t.
All the high-quality amino acid proteins we require are readily available in plants, Zaraska says, listing soy, buckwheat, quinoa and potatoes as examples.
Neal Barnard of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine even notes that when people switch from meat-eating to plant-eating, their intake of vitamins and other nutrients improves.
True, vitamin B-12 is an exception: It’s found only in meat, eggs and dairy. Vegetarians, then, still do fine (because of the eggs and dairy); vegans need to eat foods fortified with B-12 or take a supplement.
Meat isn’t necessary to keep us healthy. It just makes sense. In the Bible Adam and Eve started off on a vegan diet. If you haven’t watched the documentary called “The Game Changer,” you really should. They talk a lot about the veganism, talks about vegan Athletes like Nate Diaz. They show studies done on Professional football players and other athletes as well. There is a study that literally showed your blood turning cloudy just from one day of eating meat. It has a lot of good info, there is actually a lot of good documentaries out there. Another good one is Forks over Knives, What the Health, Food, Inc., and many more. Like I said do your own research, do what’s best for your health.
Now let’s talk pills, unhealthy lifestyles always lead to health problems, I am sure we can all agree with that. What do pills lead to? More side effects which lead to more pills!! Do you see the pattern? Most people abuse the pills as well, and this leads to more problems including suicide. In 2017 55% of Americans were taking prescriptions pills, now more than 66% are taking pills. This is not counting the people that are buying them on the streets for recreational use. Does it surprise you that from 2000-2016 suicide rates jumped 30%? That’s 14 suicides per 100,000 people. And 50% increase in girls and women suicides, gee I wonder if that has anything to do with the social media like FAKE-Book or Instagram. The social media “so-called” role models with a ton of plastic surgery, toxic injections and/or photo shop is definitely to blame for body image issues. Besides the constant radiation from our cell phones this is another reason why as a parent we should control and/or ban social media/cell phones until our children are intelligent, smart and confident enough to understand this is NOT what we are supposed to look like. In 2017 the suicide rates went up again, now it’s 15 suicides per 100,000 people. It’s almost 2020 now, can you imagine how much it is now? According to a recent poll that CBS posted Alaska has the most suicides with 22 suicides out of 100,000, following at number 2 spot is Montana with 21 out of 100,000, and the number 3 spot goes to New Mexico with 20 suicides out of 100,000. You get the point. It’s no surprise that these states have high percentages of prescription pill use too!
Truth is, living an unhealthy lifestyle and taking these drugs are altering the minds of people, even our children. Just because your kid jumps around and is hyper doesn’t mean he needs a pill to calm him down. I sometimes ask myself, do parents give them these pills because they really think their kid has an issue or is it because they don’t want to deal with it anymore? It’s no secret that people are getting angrier with bi-polar tendencies, road rage, making bad decisions, changing their kids sex at age 8 or changing their sex at age 18 and regretting it at age 25, or they are a zombie or in a constant brain fog, the list goes on.
We see it every day. Pills as little as statin drugs can cause mind altering effects.
So instead on getting drugs why not start living a healthy lifestyle today! It will take time but you will see the benefits! There are other ways to heal yourself than drugs, I am not saying stop it all today, I am saying when you start changing things like instead of eating a twinkie, eat a cucumber, or adding big salads to your meals everyday, exercise, or go on a supervised vegetarian or vegan diet, these will help. I know there is a time and place for medicine, you can’t just eat an apple if you are having a heart attack or you are deathly ill. The changes you make will slowly heal you. I know several people who turned vegan to heal themselves from diseases or health issues and it helped them (some stayed vegan and some went back to eating limited meat after being healed). I know one in particular who doctors said would never be healed and will always be on 20 medicines and would die before 30 (this person was 21 at the time). After this person turned vegan (under doctor supervision) in 3 months was down to 1 medication, and soon got off of that pill and cancer went into remission, this person is 36 now. So it is possible.
We can do anything when we put our mind to it, we can do anything through Christ. God promises us help so get closer to Him and you will see benefits of His love.
