1 banana
1 apple
4 strawberries
1/4 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup gluten free uncooked oats
1 tbs flax seeds
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs almond meal
1 cup of Welch’s grape juice (you may need to add more if it is too thick)
Blend all in blender and serve. Very delicious!
