Coconut Milk

This Coconut milk is delicious! It alkalizes and is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and beneficial fatty acids.

What you need:

  • 1 coconut
  • 2 cups of filtered water or distilled water
  1. In a blender, mix 3/4 cup of shredded coconut (or Thai coconut meat with its water) with 2 cups of water at high speed until smooth. Or you can simply blend together the meat and water from one coconut, adding more plain water if you need to. No need to strain, but you can if you like. – ( I just used one cup of the coconut water and one cup of the coconut meat shavings and it tasted great)
  2. Sweeten with honey, maple syrup, or sucanat to taste if you like. – (I didn’t use)
