I found this recipe in Heather Crosby’s ” Yum Universe” book, but I didn’t have all the ingredients and it still tasted great.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon dried onion powder
- 2 Tablespoons dried garlic powder
- 2 Teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 Teaspoons sea salt
- 2 Teaspoons Sucanat – (I didn’t use)
- 1 Teaspoon dried ginger- (I didn’t use)
- 1 Teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 Teaspoon ground allspice- (I didn’t use)
- 1 Teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon dry ground Scotch bonnet chili pepper or cayenne- (I used cayenne)
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
