Toxins should be avoided as much as possible

How I see it, if there are negative effects from something like beer, wine, meats, candy, etc. it will outweigh the supposed benefits. It’s like taking Prozac, it will supposedly help you with one thing but mess up something else like your stomachs microbiome. Why not just do some research on how to heal your body naturally so you don’t have to take Prozac (ton of studies on this). What I have read and heard over the years is alcohol, beer, or wine have positive benefits and negative side effects, but doesn’t that just sound stupid? Why would you want to take something that has negative side effects? Then I have also read and heard (I am sure I have agreed in the past too) that everything has some kind of negative effect, so why not take it, but if this is true it still doesn’t mean it’s right and technically we are still hurting our body, right? Why hurt your body to get something that is supposedly beneficial? It doesn’t make sense. Instead why not take something without negative side effects. We are basically telling ourselves we should drink wine to help the heart by lowering our immune system? Why not eat pomegranates that have many studies on heart health, or Why not exercise to for a stronger heart? Unfortunately, some people need to make excuses to drink to hide the real problems in their lives. It’s so sad, especially the ones who’ve had many people in their lives that either died, or who’ve had alcohol ruin their lives. It’s such a shame when people who look for reasons why they can drink won’t understand the truth because they don’t want to quit drinking.

And honestly, what IF there are positive effects on the body, there are still negative ones, you are STILL hurting the body! There is NO getting around that!! It is kind of like eating candy, or a sugary vitamin. Vitamin C has so many benefits that will promote better health and fight illnesses and infections, but when you cover it with sugar you’re making things worse in your body. Sugar lowers the immune system up to 6-8 hours. This is almost laughable but so popular, I tried this and yes, they taste good, but honestly did not help my cold like vitamin c alone usually does. I did a test on myself a while back with sugar, I stopped eating sugar besides natural sugar from fruits for a month, and after a month I ate the regular sugary candy I used to eat and I felt a difference right away. My eyes became hot and watery, and nose became runny and I just felt uneasy. This is how I felt after I ate those sugary vitamin c candies. If you need to take vitamins I would take the normal tablets or capsules with out the added/other ingredients like colors or magnesium stearate, colors are very toxic to the body and magnesium stearate actually messes up the absorption in the body, go figure huh? There are pure forms of Vitamin C like powders too you can add into your drinks as well.

I’ll end this blog with meats. Before I start I would like to mention that I am not here to judge anyone, (I leave that up to our Creator, God) on how you eat, I am simply corresponding the information I have researched, learned in school, and from my personal experiences as well as my friends and colleagues. So be your own health detective and do the research yourself before you listen to the wolves in sheep’s clothing, or the ignorant. You can find proof in the King James Bible, real case studies of real people, there is proof all over the internet with proof to back it up, you just have to do the research and want to change. As for meats, like wine, the bible does state that we shouldn’t eat meat and that we were made to live off of a vegan diet. It’s interesting to read this in the bible and then read the research about how the animals that we are eating now have many diseases, or are fed their own feces or foods sprayed with chemicals, pumped with steroids, medicines, and/or abused. When we eat these animals we basically eat what they eat, if their blood is unclean our blood will become unclean, why wouldn’t it? I believe if the meat has all this bad stuff in it, this would be defiling the body, right?  If you had a crazy animal on steroids and we eat that same animal we are bound to feel and/or act the same or grow a lot faster. This is probably why kids are hitting puberty at young ages? There are so many success stories from people talking about how they stopped eating meat and started to eat a whole food plant-based diets and all of their medical problems slowly started to go away. There is so much evidence on this. Some say organic meats are ok, sure I would rather eat organic meats and I did, but they still have some chemicals and even heavy metals like arsenic, not as much as regular meats but they do. Tomorrow will be 5 weeks since I stopped eating meats and miraculously my rosacea went away, the same rosacea that 3 doctors and 4 estheticians told me that there is no cure and I should take pills and use creams. I have a lot more energy, sleep better, think and focus better, lost belly fat, and even wake up easier. I have to mention that I only ate organic meats like chicken, turkey, and fish. I quit eating red meats years ago. So, before you start poisoning yourself with drugs or chemical filled creams change your diet and see how that does for you. God Bless.

 

P.S

I wanted to add in here for those taking medicine for their health problems. Since medications slowly destroy the microbiome, I would suggest taking a probiotic 2-3 times a day (if you can’t afford that much then at least once a day), and keeping your PH levels alkaline. How I raise my PH levels:  by drinking lime or lemon water 2-3 times a day, and/or mixing a teaspoon of baking soda in water and drinking that 2-3 times a day. Or I take a tablespoon of Braggs Apple cider vinegar and put it in at least 4 oz of water and drink that (not on an empty stomach) 3 times a day for like a week. Keep checking your urine PH levels every day until you reached at least 7.5.

Any time I have to take medicine, even Advil (which I rarely do) this is my protocol: I take a probiotic (usually 50-100 billion) depending how many pills I take but I usually go with the 100 billion, I never had any issues with taking probiotics, some doctors suggest starting at a low number like 50 billion and working your way up but I went straight to 100 billion and no bad side effects, it actually helped me a lot! I usually use a more organic brand that doesn’t have any fillers, and non-gmo but I used generic ones too that were like 15.00, at least you’re taking something. I also take a digestive enzyme since medications usually mess up my digestion process. And depending how bad my stomach is messed up I add in a teaspoon of L-glutamine. I usually open the capsules and mix it all in a vanilla yogurt so it absorbs my system quickest, plus yogurt has probiotics too! I do this 2-3 times a day while taking the meds and about a 1-3 months after I stopped (depending how much meds I took).
